Would you like to be part of a sophisticated corporate practice
at a collegial AmLaw 100 firm? The San Francisco office of a
well-regarded international firm is looking for a junior associate
with mergers and acquisitions and securities experience to join its
growing corporate group. Attorneys will get immediate
responsibility working with clients at every stage of the business
cycle: from advising on entity formation and early-stage financing
to negotiating mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and
dispositions. This is a great opportunity to do meaningful work in
a genuinely nice environment.The ideal candidate: --- Has 1-3 years
of corporate experience at a top law firm --- Has strong research,
writing, and interpersonal skills --- Graduated from a T-50 law
