About the Position

We are looking for a talented and passionate senior technical product owner to join our Kodak Moments Future Solutions team in San Francisco. You will be responsible for the launch of new, high-quality ecommerce products, features and innovations that drive purchase conversion, revenue, customer loyalty and delight. As a member of our consumer product team, you will:

--- Establish and clearly articulate your vision, strategy and roadmap on complex technical topics related to platform and technology to meet company's e-commerce needs. Align both technical and non-technical stakeholders on this common vision.

--- Work closely with the other teams to identify and prioritize high-impact, revenue driving ecommerce projects and features that have significant, measurable business impact

--- Write detailed and thorough technical requirements for developers. Partner with platform and application architects in defining and leading future ecommerce systems and integrations for B2B and B2C business units

--- Provide overall technical product leadership, and direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within timeframes

--- Review and conduct research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, market sizing, deep technology assessments and ROI analysis and modeling

--- Advocate for the customer, always focusing on their needs, benefits and satisfaction

--- Work closely with team members in design, marketing and engineering groups to provide accurate, in-depth and concise stories, use-cases and requirements

--- Maintain market awareness of photo and retail industry trends and competitive landscape to help identify necessary updates and new opportunities.

--- Establish and champion a technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ecommerce product area in support of company goals and objectives

--- Create & document success metrics (KPIs) for product and feature launches

--- Proactively monitor and communicate performance and conversion of features launched and how they can be optimized on an ongoing basis

--- Coordinate technical requirements and dependencies with multiple development teams to ensure the right teams are working on the right components at the right time, with clear expectations and visibility of milestones and goals

--- Embraces the team's Agile and Lean UX development processes of frequent and incremental delivery with strong focus on quality

--- Occasional travel to corporate headquarters in NY

About you

You are a passionate and result-driven individual who has the following:

--- Strong technical background - A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

--- 7+ years technical product management experience, building and shipping ecommerce or direct-to-consumer product software or equivalent at scale

--- Experience in at least two of the following areas: merchant solutions, risk modeling, mobile payments, shopping cart and checkout, billing, alternative payments, reporting and reconciliation, web services, payment security and cloud services.

--- An innate curiosity and very strong bias toward action

--- Ability to establish credibility and trust with software engineers and architects

--- Strong passion for online shopping experiences, technologies and platforms

--- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate new architectural ideas with internal and external partners

--- Ability to inspire teams with a shared vision. Superb analytical skills and ability to effectively use data to investigate and solve complex technical problems

--- Track record of delivering measurable customer and business value while working with ecommerce technologies, systems and platforms --- The ability to recognize that simple is sometimes best (Occam was right)

--- Experience with personalized photo industry a plus
