Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or
IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of
experience with system design. 5 years of experience in data center
management and architecture, overseeing data center operations,
managing infrastructure systems, and driving efficiency through
data center automation and custom tools development. 5 years of
experience with managing technical work, driving engineering
strategy and roadmap. 5 years of experience in managing or leading
a team. Preferred qualifications: 3 years of experience with
leadership development and career growth of employees. 3 years of
experience in analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems. 3
years of experience building and managing infrastructure, with a
specialized focus on capacity management and forecasting to ensure
scalable growth across global environments. About the job In this
role, you will lead the strategy and operations of physical
infrastructure essential for development, testing, and
demonstrations. You will guide a team in procuring, deploying, and
operationalizing hardware environments, ensuring seamless
integration with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
(CI/CD) workflows. Your focus will be on driving technical
roadmaps, optimizing lab resource utilization, and maintaining
strict security and availability standards. Through mentorship and
cross-functional partnership, you will build the scalable, reliable
foundations that empower engineering innovation and customer

full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to
architect and design technical roadmaps, ensuring infrastructure
solutions remained strictly aligned with overarching goals and
evolving customer requirements. Develop physical environments for
development, engineering custom orchestration tooling for automated
rollouts, debugging frameworks, and seamless CI/CD pipeline
integration to enhance deployment speed. Define and monitor core
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for environment latency and
reliability, while collaborating with engineering teams to
safeguard stability and optimize shared development platform
performance. Manage lab resource systems to maximize hardware
utilization and drive Service Level Objective (SLO) improvements by
streamlining procurement and refining lab operational workflows for
efficiency. Fortify infrastructure to meet security, regulatory
standards while fostering technical excellence through mentorship
and providing subject matter expertise across the organization.
