Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company Join our Data & Analytics – Data Enablement team, where we empower the business with scalable, reliable, and actionable data solutions. As a Principal Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in architecting robust data pipelines, auditing data quality, and enabling advanced analytics across the organization. This is an opportunity to shape the future of data-driven decision-making at BILL, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights and drive innovation. Responsibilities : • Audit and enhance existing data infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues. • Design and implement analytics solutions that enable self-service and empower analytics with greater clarity & velocity. • Architect and optimize end-to-end data pipelines to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance. • Collaborate with data platform, data enablement, and analytics teams to define data requirements and deliver integrated solutions. • Lead the development and adoption of best practices for data governance, documentation, and process automation. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to advance the team’s capabilities. We’d love to chat if you have: • Deep expertise in data architecture, pipeline development, and analytics solution design. • Proficiency with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), ETL tools, and SQL. • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of driving data quality and process improvements. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally. • A passion for mentoring others and advancing data best practices within a high-growth environment. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. $185,100 - $230,900 USD What’s in it for you?
