& Analytics – Data Enablement team, where we empower the business
with scalable, reliable, and actionable data solutions. As a
Principal Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in
architecting robust data pipelines, auditing data quality, and
enabling advanced analytics across the organization. This is an
opportunity to shape the future of data-driven decision-making at
BILL, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver
high-impact insights and drive innovation. Responsibilities : •
Audit and enhance existing data infrastructure, proactively
identifying and resolving data quality issues. • Design and
implement analytics solutions that enable self-service and empower
analytics with greater clarity & velocity. • Architect and optimize
end-to-end data pipelines to ensure data integrity, scalability,
and performance. • Collaborate with data platform, data enablement,
and analytics teams to define data requirements and deliver
integrated solutions. • Lead the development and adoption of best
practices for data governance, documentation, and process
automation. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of
continuous learning and technical excellence. • Evaluate emerging
technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to advance the
team’s capabilities. We’d love to chat if you have: • Deep
expertise in data architecture, pipeline development, and analytics
solution design. • Proficiency with modern data platforms (e.g.,
Snowflake, BigQuery), ETL tools, and SQL. • Strong problem-solving
skills and a track record of driving data quality and process
improvements. • Excellent communication and collaboration
abilities, with experience working cross-functionally. • A passion
for mentoring others and advancing data best practices within a

sponsorship now or in the future The estimated salary range for
this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges
for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors
including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location
and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also
eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical,
dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement
plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays,
paid time off, and other company benefits. $185,100 - $230,900 USD
