join our Engineering teams. Front-End engineers will ship
user-focused interfaces and work closely with Product and Design
teams while collaborating with many other functional teams across
the Engineering organization.As a Front-End Software Engineer at
Grammarly, you will:
- Ship production-grade code to over 40 million daily active
users.
- Grow and maintain the team's technical excellence by harnessing
best practices for the team and product.
- Contribute to the technical culture of the company.
- Harness engagement metrics to identify and build new impactful
features.
- Use React and TypeScript while building super refined and
elegant user interfaces.
- Collaborate widely with internal teams such as Core, Growth,
Enterprise, Trust, and Data to deliver delightful product offerings
to our customers.
- Make a meaningful impact on the lives of writers
everywhere!Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience.
- Security: Understanding common vulnerabilities in web apps and
how to avoid/eliminate them.
- Defining/using APIs: Can work with back-end engineers to define
and consume APIs to build new interfaces.
- Results orientation: Getting things done.
- Translating design to pixel-perfect UI: Understands the
constraints of responsive design across various screen sizes or
input methods.
