Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Software Engineering
for their Engagement Product Line.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of platforms and resolve complex system
problems
Delegate tasks, ensure successful team collaboration, and
prioritize technical debt buydown
Design scalable cloud architectures, communicate technical
solutions, and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work
experience
8+ years in software engineering, with experience in SaaS products
and cloud development
Proficiency in SQL, databases, AWS services, and microservices
architecture
Experience with dialogue systems, machine learning, and AI natural
language processing
Understanding of security best practices and data storage
solutions
