Account Director, Technology Corporate Affairs/Public
RelationsThe Role:BCW's Technology practice is seeking to hire an
Account Director with expertise in Corporate Affairs and Public
Relations, supporting smaller start-up and Enterprise B2B clients.
The Account Director will be client-facing and the day-to-day lead
managing the execution of campaigns and media relations with a
focus on Reputation, Brand and Issues for highly complex and
regulated accounts. The Account Director will also participate in
business development efforts including the management of RFP's, and
provide mentorship and training to junior staff members.The Work:
-Provide client-facing, day-to-day management of established
Enterprise Brands in the AI, Cybersecurity, Financial, 5G,
Professional Services and Cloud sectors. -Craft strategy and
provide execution around events, integrated media relations,
partnerships and large communication campaigns. -Demonstrating
exceptional project management skills, oversee workstreams and
teams on program implementations -Work with account leaders to help
in facilitating planning, strategy development, and drafting of
communications plans. -Tracking industry trends, drive story
development to identify opportunities to insert our clients into
current and relevant news cycles -Develop content including plans,
competitive analysis', executive and corporate thought leadership
documents, executive visibility, event recommendations, media
strategy and more. -Participate in business development efforts
including of RFP management, research/insights, strategy and deck
development.Experience that contributes to your success: -7-10
years of experience working in the Communications/Public Relations
industry -Experience within the technology industry for B2B
Enterprise Technology clients and/or companies -Proven media
relations skills (strategy and execution) ideally with trade and
top-tier technology and business outlets -Experience with corporate
reputation needs, including awards/rankings, speaking
opportunities, thought leadership, executive visibility and
reputation -Ability to be nimble, organized and professional in
high-growth environments -Ability to work both within a
geographically diverse team and independently when necessary
-Strong communication, both verbal and written and excellent
analytical skills -Excellent attention to detail -Skilled at
thinking creatively and bringing new ideas to clients and prospects
-Track record of strong mentorship and development of junior staff
and teams -Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization

position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to
$140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related
