Job Description:

Looking for an experienced and motivated Techno Systems Analyst to design, develop and support Oracle EBS 12.2.6. This role is expected to provide day to day support and also help implement new capabilities in Oracle EBS. Customer focused, ability to innovate and in-depth understanding of Oracle EBS 12.2.6 is critical to the success of this role.

• Maintain close working relationships with Finance stakeholders to understand business objectives, anticipate demand, and rapidly respond with working solutions.
  
• Responsible for driving finance projects and coordinating with offshore team to get them delivered with quality and on schedule.
  
• Provide day to day support for issues related to Oracle EBS Systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues. Work closely with Oracle support/Offshore Team to get the issues resolved.
  
• Drive offshore development team to ensure zero communication and quality issues in their delivery
  
• Adhere to the enterprise change management methodology and contribute to its improvement
  
  
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 5+ years of Oracle EBS application technical experience is a must.
    
  • Experience in Design and Development of Workflows and AME
    
  • Extensive SQL and PL/SQL including performance tuning
    
  • Kofax and Markview experience will be a strong PLUS.
    
  • Experience developing Oracle XML Reports
    
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules AP, iExpense, iProcurement, Fixed Assets and GL.
    
  • Experience in configuring EB Tax will be a huge advantage.
    
  • Experience working in a global delivery model
    
  • Experience with unit testing, test driven development methodologies
    
  • Solid problem-solving skills, good eye for speed vs value tradeoffs and crisp execution a must
    
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, product managers and engineering team a must
    
  • Quick learner and Strong team player
