The Judicial Council seeks the services of one (1) IT Program Manager consultant on a full-time basis to manage project plans, coordinate, and liaison with business partners, 3rd party vendors, and relevant stakeholders for Human Resources (HR) SharePoint Project.
Under the direction of Patrick Farrales, Manager, this IT Program Manager will be tasked with enhancing and expanding the online resources, toolkits and job aids available to all Judicial Council staff on the HR section of the Hub. We have developed a SharePoint site, hosted on the Microsoft Office 365 environment, that serves as a content and knowledge portal for employees of the Judicial Council. The site's functionality includes storage and management of content in various formats (documents, images, audio, and video files); a centralized repository of news, cycle from creation to archiving; policy creation and approval workflow; and full text and search of human resources information, files, news, events across all HR online assets.
The Contractor will develop:

• 
  
• Organized lists or flow chart diagrams that show connections between SharePoint sites, site trees and site content.
  
• Tools that will enable each unit to review content for posting and make edits on their own.
  
• Security measures that will limit other units' ability to modify/edit pages without permission of the page owner, and
  
• Teams' sites for HR units that will maximize collaboration and document sharing.
  
  This IT Program Manager will leverage work and research done thus far on the HR SharePoint site.
