FULL TIME - HYBRID - BENEFITS INCLUDED (Medical, Dental, Vision,
Pet & Legal Insurance) The Systems Administrator reports to the
Senior Director of Infrastructure Services, and is located in San
Francisco, CA. POSITION SUMMARY: The Systems Administrator is a key
team member of TriMark's nationwide IT organization, responsible
for the hands-on deployment, maintenance, security, and support and
of both the On-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure, supporting +2800
internal customers. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Functions as L3 support for all systems-related issues
- Monitors systems for health
- Establishes reports and trends system performance
- Extensive hands-on administration of On Premises Active
Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure endpoint management, &
O365 Administration.
- Active Directory Computer and user Migrations
- Datacenter integration.
- Provides guidance to other System Administrators
- Strong ability to provide hands-on server support
- Deep expertise in administration of Windows Servers
- Partners with other IT team members with strong collaborative
capabilities to build a robust, secure, and scalable
infrastructure
- Ability to author and maintain IT procedural documentation
- Actively engages in DR planning, design, documentation,
testing, and implementation
- Provides regular systems monitoring and standardized reporting
to identify system hardware and/or software and operating system
problems, this includes identifying problems and determining the
most efficient way to resolve them
- Maintains documentation of all hardware and software
implementation, maintenance, and upgrades, this includes equipment
and software inventories, and maintenance documentation
- Collaborates with other Systems Admins, IT, and business
partners to assist as required
- Provides guidance and mentors Systems Administrators
- Works independently and makes appropriate independent decisions
on technical issues when supporting systems during off hours,
weekends, and at remote sites
- Establishes policies and procedures in line with industry best
practices
- Perform diagnostics of problems, troubleshoot, and develop
solutions for customer issues
- Understanding and experience with storage technologies
- Evaluates existing technologies and provides recommendations
for enhancements
- Must work efficiently both independently and within a team

- Office 365 Security and Compliance working experience
- Office 365 Endpoint management
- Azure Active Directory and integration in Hybrid
Environment.
- VMware vSphere and ESXi
- AD, DHCP, DNS, File and Print Servers, RDP
- PowerShell Scripting Expertise
- Ability to provide support outside of normal business
hours
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Working knowledge and understanding of the need for accurate,
coherent, and current documentation
- Backup and recovery
- PCI scanning and compliance experience considered a plus
- SAN
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to independently understand, troubleshoot, and resolve
various IT related issues QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 4 years or more progressive relevant
experience
- Must have a strong, working knowledge of Office 365 (email,
OneDrive, DLP, Security and Compliance, Teams)
- Working knowledge of VoIP phones systems (Vonage a plus),
ability to set up physical and soft phones
- Working knowledge of ITIL Best Practices
