Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Founding Software Engineer with expertise in python development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, unstructured data processing, and infrastructure management. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, and reliable systems to support our growing business needs.Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python backend development.
• Experience with distributed systems and containerization (Docker).
• Proficient in cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), including performance optimization and schema design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.Core Technologies:
• Proficiency in Elasticsearch, including indexing, querying, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with the concept graph databases
• Experience with natural language processing techniquesNice-to-have:
• Experience working with large language models, such as GPT-3, BERT, or Transformer-based architectures.Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient backend services using Python and related technologies.
• Design and implement data integration pipelines, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Optimize and maintain our infrastructure, including cloud services, databases, and networking components.
• Continuously monitor system performance and reliability, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
• Stay current on industry trends and new technologies, identifying opportunities to adopt or improve existing systems.
