vertical, with our objective being to improve the patient's
healthcare experience thereby achieving superior health outcomes

together the right team. About The Role:Our software implementation
and training specialists are self-starters, demonstrate impeccable
customer service and project management skills, and lead by
example. They manage the implementation/roll-out project from
contract signing to go-live and conduct primarily on-line/virtual
training with clients. For larger clients, some travel may be
involved. When they aren't implementing and training new clients,
they are following up with regular client outreach and additional
training sessions as needed, monitoring clients' usage and
statistics, and coaching our clients to success and greatness.Our
company headquarters are located in San Francisco, and this role is
an in-office position. -Implementers are expected to work from the
office during the week, unless traveling.Responsibilities:
