The Technical Solutions Manager is a key member of the Advertising Team, working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyze and improve advertisers' performance on TikTok, in support of their marketing initiatives. The Technical Solutions Manager will work with our unique data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of advertiser campaigns and unlock business opportunities. Day to day activities include analyzing metrics of success for a business or category, developing data-driven insights and recommendations for C-suite client leadership, and communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion.Responsibilities- Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysis- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes- Present findings and insights in a consultative way to the client and collaborate with the relevant internal teams in order to provide a complete solution- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, to identify optimization opportunities for improving performance. - Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team- Assist with custom reporting and dashboard builds- Develop great expertise in TikTok's proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyze and communicate data driven insights to our advertisers- Guide media, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results deliveryQualifications- At least 2-5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing- At least 1 year of experience executing on a biddable network. - Experience managing branding advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges - Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance - Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills - Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders - Experience using Excel and Google Sheets - High attention to detail and very organized - Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking - Have a passion for TikTok- Fluency with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc.) - ability to create interactive, user-friendly and compelling dashboards and reports is a plus.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
