About the Role:

Utilize background in management information systems to partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and other internal stakeholders to develop and manage programs. Oversee the development of processes and tools that help scale the TPM (technical program management) function at Tubi and drive continuous improvements in the product development lifecycle. Enable teams to solve complex and technical business problems; act as a leader and mentor to technical project managers; deliver outstanding experiences for users; work collaboratively across a global organization; and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, distributed organization.


  • Lead a team of technical Program Managers; and, coach, mentor, and guide the team to deliver program success
  • Contribute to shaping the direction and mission of the TPM function at Tubi
  • Cultivate an environment where team members are empowered and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and belonging
  • Give frequent, actionable feedback to support each team's career development; and, ensure that individuals on the team learn, grow, and advance in their respective careers
  • Identify meaningful problems to solve; and, lead projects and programs to improve the efficiency and output of the product development lifecycle
  • Clearly identify and articulate project/program statuses, identify complex blockers, and work with a sense of urgency to mitigate unexpected issues
  • Oversee and supervise a technical project manager
    Your Background:

    Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, plus three (3) years of technical program management or related experience in product management, including experience managing large, company-wide, cross-functional programs; working with and managing distributed teams; and working with engineering, product and business teams in launching new products.

    Additional Requirements:

    Also requires experience or knowledge in the following:
    • Knowledge of technical architecture and design of a product/feature(s)
    • Knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies
    • Experience in Confluence, JIRA and SQL
    • Experience using analytical tool such as Periscope
    • Experience using project management tool such as Shortcut
    • Experience using document management tool such as Notion
      *Any level of experience or knowledge in the specific skills is acceptable.
