Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.This positionAs a Technical SEO Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, auditing and analyzing our portfolio of websites in order to prioritize technical optimizations and future-proof the tech stack for SEO health and scalability. You will play a key role in partnering with cross-functional teams to execute our plan. You'll work cross-functionally with the Digital Experience team, Product Marketing, Analytics, Engineering and senior leadership.This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior SEO Manager and is Designated Flex.Responsibilities--- Execute technical SEO site audits to resolve technical SEO issues and improve overall site health and performance--- Prioritize and implement successful technical SEO strategies with a focus on structure and maintaining an optimal taxonomy--- Identify site issues, root causes and specific technical requirements to drive cross-functional projects--- Diagnose crawling, rendering and indexing issues, and deliver deep-dive analyses and propose data-driven optimizations based on business feasibility and expected return--- Identify and prioritize risks and opportunities within tech stack--- Partner with cross functional teams to execute respective components of the plan--- Stay on the cutting edge of SEO for on page, mobile and technical optimization opportunities to drive continuous improvement--- Communicate technical SEO needs, concerns, and performance insights proactively and effectively to stakeholders in order to achieve business goalsBasic qualifications--- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience--- 5+ years of technical SEO experiencePreferred qualifications--- 2+ years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS companies--- Managed sites with significant organic search traffic--- Experience conducting keyword research and/or gap analysis--- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks--- Proficient verbal and written communication skills--- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills--- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional projects--- Managed SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Botify, SEMrush and Siteimprove--- Working knowledge of content management systems, such as Drupal, Contentful, etc.--- Strong understanding of technical SEO including site architecture, 301 redirects, proper canonicalization, internal and external linking, log file analysis, etc.--- Proficient in using SEO audit tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc. and delivering prioritized recommendations beyond what's simply shown in the tool--- Proficient in diagnosing crawling, rendering and indexing issues--- Proficient in SEO best practices, especially as it relates to technical SEO: XML Sitemaps, Robots.txt, Javascript rendering, disallow, nofollow, canonical, noindex, etc.--- Experience in site migrations--- General knowledge of HTML and CSSBased on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $84,900 - $102,100 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.Vaccination requirementDocuSign may require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination to visit a DocuSign office, to meet with potential or actual customers or business partners, or for other business-related purposes, in accordance with local law.
