Overview:
Fidelity National Financial is a Fortune 500 company seeking a
detail oriented, reliable and dependable individual, with recent
I.T experience to join team in Northern California.The Junior PC
Support/Systems Administrator will provide I.T. support for our
Western Commercial IT, CA operation (Division 2). Looking for
candidates in the Northern California (San Francisco/Bay Area).
Duties:
The ideal candidate must possess a strong knowledge of distributed
hardware and software including installation, maintenance,
diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of associated
hardware, software, and peripherals. In addition, the incumbent
will work directly with end-users and vendors, coordinate office
moves and closures, maintain inventory of assigned information
systems, and participate in organizational activities related to
Information Security compliance and enterprise workstation
standards.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Required Work Skills and Experience--- Microsoft Operating Systems
and Microsoft Office products required--- Microsoft Windows 10
(current) and Microsoft Windows 11--- Microsoft Office 365
(current) and (phasing out 2013, 2016)--- Microsoft Server 2016
(current) and (phasing out 2012)Additional Skills and Experience---
Print, scan, copy, fax support--- LAN/WAN support--- Telephony
support (Mobile, VoIP, SIP, DID, PRI, T1, analog)--- Remote access,
Citrix, data backup, VPN, firewall, disaster recovery support---
Customer Service/Help Desk experience is a plus--- MCP, MCSE and A+
certifications are a plus--- Prior work experience in Title and
Escrow insurance and/or financial industries is a plus--- 1+ years
working in an IS support role is a plus
Additional Information:
Additional Requirements--- Candidate must have reliable
transportation to support multiple branch office locations in
assigned area.--- Provide on-site and remote support to multiple
users and systems, as a team and as an individual.--- Be able to
assess, understand, and prioritize IT needs, and work with a sense
of urgency to satisfy those needs.--- Must be flexible with
schedule to work overtime and weekends for projects.--- Maintain
open and objective approach when dealing with new or changing
environments.--- Identify patterns of issues and recommend
solutions.--- Be able to lift and move equipment (PCs, monitors,
printers, etc.) up to 50 pounds.--- Possess effective listening,
oral, and written communication skills to work directly and
effectively with end users, management, and peers.--- Present ideas
clearly and concisely, and to ask appropriate questions while
listening attentively.
