Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a major Tech Firm in San Francisco, CA is looking for a Telecom Specialist (Cloud Telephony) in the Telecom Industry! Key Tasks: For project of diverse scope and complexity:

  • Telecom Specialist serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
  • Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
  • Prepares requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations
  • Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
  • Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • As a Telecom Specialist, you network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
  • Frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group IC'S/managers, normally involving matters between department and other functional areas or internal customers
  • Regularly participates in a cooperative effort among members of a project team
  • May receive some instruction on day-to-day work, but receives general instructions on new assignments and areas of higher complexity Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
    • Cloud Telephony
    • Telecom experience
    • Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design, and application delivery methodology
    • Understands basic project management methodology
    • Customer focused with high quality standards
    • Need to be able to coach the field technicians
    • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
