Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Coordinator to join our outstanding team of customer-focused service and support professionals. This position will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, expediting, and improving our field service and support activities to ensure our team meets and exceeds our customer needs. This role works cross-functionally with multiple departments and teams to provide support, guidance, process, and assistance directly to remote personnel who perform on-site activities. The Field Service Coordinator needs to not only be capable of working within a diverse team, but also to take ownership of and drive resolution of complex problems quickly and compliantly independently when needed.We are Company champions and Customer advocates who have what it takes to get the job done to enable our customers to get the very best from our cutting edge, state-of-the-art biotech systems. We measure our success in terms of safety, teamwork, quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with team members and customers to understand and prioritize needs and entitlements, efficiently dispatch resources, trouble shoot and resolve scheduling concerns, balance team workload, and update the Field Resource Calendar to reflect current schedules.Work with field resources, order management, sales, logistics and accounting team members to assure integrity of CRM data and customer success.Maintain and update our field service software by entering data records, reviewing work orders, parts orders, and documentation.Audit and process field service engineer work order activity closeout documents and ensure accuracy of reports to Operations/Logistics and Finance teams.Manage and schedule with field resource to maintain up to date tool calibration and documentation to ensure equipment is properly maintained and meets functional and regulatory requirements.Work with field resources to manage, maintain, and expedite sufficient inventory to prevent unneeded delays and meet customer scheduling obligations.Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to regional managers, customer success managers, and key stakeholders on work order status, schedules, documentation, and process exceptions. Communicate schedule changes to those who rely on the information.Provide service administration support as required to support the business and the team.Other pertinent tasks and duties as needed and assigned.Education and ExperienceAssociate Degree in technical field or 5 years equivalent work experience and/or military training.2 - 4 years of experience in a support related role.Self-motivated with strong time management efficiencies.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.High level of organizational skills.Strong MS-Office skills are required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM, SalesForce, SalesForce Lightning and/or similar SMS platformsAbility to safely lift and move up to 45 lbs.The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is effective January 1, 2020.
