The Application Lead will Lead the effort to design, build and
configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. As
a lead applications developer, you would be responsible for
directing the development team in the design, development, coding,
testing and debugging of applications.
- Guide a team of six member over a period of three years for a
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product
improvement and act as a technical mentor and adviser.
- Work closely with other managers and prioritize resource needs
while simultaneously directing and motivating staff.Basic
