Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics - Engineering / Grove's Financial Systems team is responsible for the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the financial systems that help us manage our entire business portfolio. Today, this system consists of NetSuite, in-house data warehousing and reporting tools, as well as numerous integrations across our various enterprise systems. We're looking for a hands-on architect with extensive experience in ERP (specifically NetSuite) implementations who can help us redesign our financial systems to support a wider array of functionality, and to improve quarterly and monthly close processes. In this role, you'll be responsible for advising our financial teams (including CFO and Senior Directors of Finance) on NetSuite best practices, developing implementation strategies and managing the delivery of your designs. You'll work alongside our two existing Financial Systems developers, our in-house finance team, as well as third party consultants as needed. You will be the senior most member of the team, and will also have responsibility to help us grow the team over the coming years. While line management is not a strict requirement of the role, you should be comfortable coaching more junior members of the team, and have skill developing roadmaps and managing projects through all phases of delivery. As the team grows, your priorities will shift toward architectural leadership and team development. Your Role & Impact You'll lead the redesign of our existing ERP systems to simplify period close processes and expand into new areas, including third party wholesale, and demand planning, which are not in use today.-- You'll work with our internal data and analytics teams to redesign (and then implement) a new flow of financial data into our internal reporting tools, where business users create and manage performance metrics. You'll work with other Financial Systems engineers to improve the performance, traceability, and functionality of all integrations within NetSuite. You'll work closely with our internal teams (the users of your software) to rapidly prototype and enable use of new NetSuite modules to support more complex business demands, including wholesale channels, foreign supply chain management, and demand planning. About You You've worked in numerous NetSuite implementations for both large and small businesses over the past 5 years, and have broad domain knowledge across the entire portfolio of features. You have been the lead architect or engineer responsible for an implementation, from design through production support and warranty periods. You are fluent in SQL and reporting tools, as well as NetSuite's own internal report development. You have designed and supported integrations with third party and in-house systems, including warehouse management systems, banks, item master systems (catalogs), and more. You get bonus points for previous experience in commerce, customer service, CRM, catalog, or warehouse technologies.
