Innovation Project Manager/Scrum Master:Signature Consultants has an opportunity for an Innovation Project Manager/Scrum Master in San Francisco, CA. The Shared Services Team is involved in a wide-variety of high-priority initiatives across the company and this role will be in one of the Group Portfolio Delivery (GPD) organization, which is dedicated to project managing the high-priority initiatives in the Innovation portfolio (AI, Personalization, Financial Health, Identity Management, etc.) and implementing agile transformation: these PMO and transformational functions are led by senior leaders, each one of these peers being responsible for a specific LOB projects and/or agile transformation. Responsibilities:Within the Business Strategy, Technology and Operations team, a key role will be of a Project Manager/Scrum Master with the following major responsibilities:Provide leadership and experience for Innovation initiativesLead the execution of the most complex Innovation plans, programs and initiatives which have significant Enterprise-wide impact. These initiatives may focus on: content strategy/creation, customer experience, and analytics/research or product management.Within the framework of the above major responsibilities, the role entails the following more specific responsibilities:Participate in creating business cases for specific program, projects and strategic decision options and own the business case for the PMO/Transformation teamPrepare budget submissions based upon reliable dataTranslate the organizational objectives into the annual resource plan for personnel (FTE, contractors and other leveraged resources) as well as financialsTranslate top down directives (e.g., cost optimization initiatives) into financial objectives and forecastWork with technology and other partners to align cross-organizational resource plansPropose and evaluate options for funding initiatives including chargebacks and showbacksMeasure and report performance against the business case and annual budget on an ongoing basisTrack and report on an ongoing basis, staffing levels against the annual plans and the financial implications of any deviationsWorking with finance partners, publish monthly reports on YTD actuals and forecasts for the rest of the year and use these reports to mature the financial governance across the PMO/transformation teamTrack and validate savings from cost optimization initiatives; raise alerts and recommend actions to ensure that these efforts stay on coursePro-actively appraise and recommend business strategies based upon quantitative cost and benefit analysisInstitute planned chargebacks on an ongoing basis and report recoveriesAccomplish all of the above by creating repeatable processes, automation, metrics, tools and a culture of cadenced, pro-active reporting with recommendations, call to action and follow throughSuccessful candidate will demonstrate the following:Leadership: In creating vision, structure, organization, processes and metrics that enable and accelerate transformation rather than inhibit itInfluencing Skills: Ability to create and execute the vision by building support 360Strategic Thinking, Creativity and Implementation: Thinking strategically and creatively about business problems, breaks down problems and presents solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option.
