and business needs. As the Manager of Learning & Development , you
will lead the design, quality, and delivery of learning experiences
across Robinhood. You’ll manage a team, and partner with the
business to translate intricate content into impactful, scalable
programs. You’ll set a high bar for learning design quality, ensure
consistency across programs, and drive innovation in learning
modalities and tools. This role requires someone who can operate at
both strategic and execution levels—leading a team while also
rolling up their sleeves to design content when needed. This role
is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance
expected at least 4 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the

What you’ll do Lead and develop the learning design team to produce
high-quality design outputs on-time; staff projects based on needs,
strengths, and capacity Design and deliver end-to-end learning
experiences across compliance, functional onboarding, skill
building, and leadership/manager development. Partner with
cross-functional teams to support M&A integrations and
international learning needs. Jump in to directly support projects
as needed Define, maintain, and evolve Robinhood’s learning design
guidelines, templates, and processes to ensure scalability. Drive
adoption across Robinhood Maintain intake processes and scope
L&D projects, working with L&D program managers, SMEs, and
business leaders to obtain timely approvals. Ensure alignment
between program strategy and design execution Champion Robinhood's
brand identity and tone of voice in learning, reinforcing a
consistent learner experience across the company Conduct regular
content quality audits, ensuring learning is accessible, usable,
not duplicative, and aligned to business needs Administer authoring
tools and content vendors including procurement, seat management,
and guidelines for use. Champion a lean approach to tool management
with a focus on integrating AI-enabled solutions to maximize team
efficiency Lead Robinhood’s training evaluation approach through
user research, knowledge assessments, and metrics to assess for
measurable business impact What you bring 8 years in learning
experience design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or
management capacity Strong skills in instructional design, adult
learning principles, and curriculum development, with ability to
deliver impactful learning solutions across multiple modalities
Experience establishing and maintaining design guidelines,
conducting audits, and ensuring quality at scale Skills in
managing, coaching, and developing instructional designers or
learning professionals Experience in leading training evaluation
approaches and using data to improve program effectiveness
Experience working with a wide range of content—from compliance and
process training to leadership and business skills Ability to
navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and lead multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and
problem solving, and ability to influence partners and foster
positive relationships Proficiency in innovative learning
technologies and authoring tools; experience with AI enabled
learning solutions is beneficial Global experience and/or
experience supporting M&A learning needs preferred Leadership

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also
eligible for bonus opportunities equity benefits. Base pay for the
successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related
factors, which may include education, training, experience,
location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay
range for this role is based on the location where the work will be
performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other
locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your
recruiter during the interview process. Base Pay Range: Zone 1

$179,000 - $210,000 USD Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago,
IL) $157,000 - $185,000 USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL;
