Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting global payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Payroll Analyst Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $75/hour What's the Job? Assist with month-end close and reconciling items across all pay groups Research and resolve tax inquiries, including processing tax amendments through ADP Lead year-end activities to ensure completeness and compliance, providing accurate W-2 forms to employees Serve as the Payroll technical lead for Workday functional areas such as Payroll and Time & Absence Participate in project meetings with cross-functional teams to provide input on payroll-related initiatives and assess project feasibility What's Needed? Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of progressive experience in payroll operations and system enhancements Strong understanding of payroll regulatory compliance and multi-state taxation Experience with Workday Payroll system Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills What's in it for me?
