DescriptionWe are seeking a driven professional to serve as an HR and Operations Generalist, with primary focus on human resources responsibilities while supporting key operational initiatives. This role combines comprehensive HR management with operational support, requiring strong people management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive organizational effectiveness.We will be accepting applications until March 14, 2025.Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 DOEPrimary ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including job posting strategy, candidate screening, and offer management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with UHS mission, vision, and values
  • Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Design and execute onboarding and training programs
  • Coordinate performance management processes and talent development
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Assist in building and maintaining HRIS data entry and data reliability
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Coordinate workers' compensation, leave administration, and benefits administration
  • Create and deliver employee communications including employment agreements
  • Coordinate company culture and team-building activitiesOperations
  • Support process improvement initiatives across departments
  • Manage visitor entry to the building
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects
  • Maintain operational documentation and procedures
  • Help implement new systems and tools as neededPreferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellence in communication and stakeholder management
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Experience building and maintaining Google Sites for employee resources
  • Bi-lingual English and SpanishTechnical Skills
