Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate - Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer interactions in a contact center environment
Act as a front-line triage for urgent issues and develop
solutions
Monitor system, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as
needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of business experience
1-2 years supporting customers via phone
1-2 years of multi-channel customer service experience
1-2 years of prior customer facing HCM or Payroll experience is a
plus
Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting
configurations
