Woodruff Sawyer is growing and our Talent Acquisition team is
playing a key role in that growth! As aTalent Acquisition Partner
at your main focus will be proactive recruitment for the company,
with an emphasis on tech roles. Reporting to the Director of Talent
Acquisition, this is a newly added role that will partner closely
with our technology and analytics leaders to help find top talent
and build solid teams.You'll thrive in this position if you are
highly collaborative, organized, and excel at cultivating
relationships over the long term. We're looking for someone who
cares about people and is passionate about hiring from a diverse
range of backgrounds. Insurance and/or technology recruiting
experience is a huge plus.What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to understand
current and future hiring needs, providing guidance throughout the
recruitment process.
- Developing a detailed understanding of the company and employer
value proposition in order to qualify candidates and share our
story.
- Leading full life-cycle recruiting; managing the interview
process, conducting phone screens, preparing and negotiating
offers.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates
through proactive market research, industry contacts, association
memberships, and employee referrals.
- Crafting effective sourcing strategies and techniques using an
appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting and
other relevant passive recruitment methods.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience for all candidates,
regardless of whether they are hired.
- Serving as a knowledgeable, personable ambassador of the
company at conferences, career fairs and other networking events,
as needed.Who You Are:
- You have at least 4 years of recruiting or proven experience.
Technical recruiting experience a plus.
- You have probably have a university degree but at least have a
high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Recruiting software. We currently use,
Jobvite, Smashfly, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You use creative ways to reach outstanding talent and develop a
talent pipeline strategy.
- You're self-motivated with excellent communication and people
skills.
- You are organized and care about the details.
- You have the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a
