Join our community! We're looking for a dynamic, passionate, and
data-driven Recruiter to join our team. This position will ensure
that the Bungalow recruiting function is creating exceptional
candidate experiences, building a strong pipeline of top talent,
and supporting our growing headcount needs. We are seeking the
right candidate to bring a balance of creativity, focus, and
determination to our team. A desire to provide the highest level of
service to our internal leadership and external candidates as well
as a research-driven approach to recruiting are key requirements of
this position. What you'll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles on various teams within
Bungalow (G&A and Tech) - you'll devise top-of-funnel strategy,
drive searches, and run point on offers and closing
- Partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, contributing
your expertise on the market, interview best practices, and
effective recruiting process to ensure we have a world-class talent
- Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the
recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and
interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal,
unbiased consideration and opportunity.

partnering closely with Bungalow hiring managers to ensure all
candidates leave our interviews feeling inspired, supported, and
