Human Resources develops and implements our team members,
candidates, and operational strategies to support Wells Fargo's
business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits,
human resource service centers, systems and payroll, team member
relations and assistance, talent management, learning and
development, and recruiting. We work together as One HR to make
Wells Fargo an employer of choice. Our foundational success is

develop HR team members, strengthen controls, and scale technology
infrastructure. Wells Fargo Chief Operating Office (COO)
Our Operations teams are focused on driving consistency of
execution on the front line and delivering the best experience
possible for Wells Fargo customers and colleagues, at the lowest
cost possible. The COO organization includes enterprise shared
services, teams addressing our regulatory priorities, and line of
business operations groups. Wells Fargo Internal Audit
The Audit group reports to the Board of Directors, conducting audit
testing and reporting on the health of the risk management and
internal control structure within the company. It advises line of
business leaders on risk management practices and control
structures. Additionally, the group ensures risk issues are
escalated and resolved. Results of internal audits are subject to
quality assurance reviews and external regulatory examinations.
Audit is comprised of approximately 1,500 team members covering
audit work across the company and is responsible to protect
customers, team members, and communities by reducing risk. The
Role
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this senior leader is
responsible for leading the human resource functions supporting the
Chief Operations Office and Audit businesses. The leader will serve
on the Human Resources Leadership Team and will be a trusted
advisor to the Head of the Chief Operating Office as well as the
Chief Auditor. The leader will be accountable for coaching and
leading senior executives, proactively identifying opportunities,
and executing solutions to improve individual and business
performance. This leader will also be responsible for building
bench strength through talent management, development and
succession planning and building and fostering an inclusive culture
and strong team member experience. The incumbent must ensure
compliance with all regulatory and corporate/audit requirements.
The leader will manage a human resources consulting function and
will work closely with the Centers of Excellence to develop
frameworks and manage performance in support of organizational
goals. Responsibilities include the strategy and delivery of human
resources consulting across the Chief Operating Office and across
Audit.-- The COO organization includes strategy planning and
transformation, enterprise shared services, teams addressing our
regulatory priorities, line of business operations groups and
global operations in India and the Philippines. The teams within

This leader will lead a team of human resources leaders and
professionals in the United States and provide oversight and
direction to HR leaders in India and Philippines. Critical success
factors include demonstrated inspirational leadership capability
including innovation and inclusion, proven skills in effectively
developing and executing strategies and championing change across
business units. This is a results-oriented leader who exhibits
exceptionally strong relationship management and influencing
skills, with a proven ability to provide oversight to satisfy the
changing needs of the businesses in Wells Fargo. The key
differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate in a
complex, matrixed environment and will require a sense of urgency
and a proven ability to:

managing change. The role demands a persuasive, effective
communicator who can position Human Resources as an indispensable
business partner. It requires a leader with strong relationship
management and influencing skills. Experience directly and
indirectly managing a geographically dispersed team will position a

passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement.
