What you---ll do: Manage, implement and track various employment branding campaigns, both internal and external.Develop a comprehensive strategy for using all form of social media to drive passive candidate awareness.Drive the utilization of visual content as a recruiting tool.Lead Talent Acquisition Social Media Strategy in partnership with Marketing.Identify key areas of improvement in the employment branding / recruitment marketing space (i.e. job aids / reference documents, SharePoint communications and structure), prioritize findings and determine where and how the team can make the greatest impact.Lead employment branding videos and employee photo shoots in partnership with our marketing team.Manage various recruitment marketing activities.Ensure all external employment brand collateral/messaging is consistent and within brand via monthly audits and regularly scheduled vendor meetings.What we---re looking for:Experience with: Communication Strategies, Community Engagement, Brand strategy, Corporate and product positioning and messaging, Public relations/media relations/analyst Relations, Corporate communications, Marketing communications, Digital and social communications.Exceptionally unbridled creativity.Knowledge and understanding of social media marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.Digital Advertising --- creation and Placement.A Rolodex of outside resources including media agencies.Bachelor---s degree, or equivalent.5-10 years general business experience in Marketing/Advertising/Social Media, or Communications.Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus.Although this role requires a strong Marketing/Advertising/Public Relations background, you will be a member of our Human Resources Operations/Talent Acquisition team.Our diversity and inclusion commitmentBuild your job in a place that thrives on diversity, inclusion and belonging.
