In this position, you will will work on special projects or security programs as needed, ensure all supplier personnel understand and fulfill their duties and responsibilities, provide a positive image for our client, the property and supplier. You must be thoroughly familiar with our client's premises and all monitoring equipment to ensure that all building hazards and malfunctions are identified and reported to the appropriate staff of our client. You will also ensure that all fire and security alarms are responded appropriately, applicable documentation and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner, respond to all emergencies and provide direction as appropriate, and enforce all of our client's regulations and security policies. In addition, you will ensure all posts are filled, contact and coordinate with local agencies, respond to all emergencies, and act as the interface for security services.** $500 bonus payable after 90 days of continuous employment. $250 referral bonus payable after 30 days of continuous employment.
