In this role, you’ll oversee daily food service operations, supervise both management and frontline staff, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. What You'll Do: Strong hospitality background with financial acumen and a deep understanding of farm-to-table dining Excellent multi-tasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities Experience with signage and presentation to elevate the guest experience Ability to mentor and inspire a team , fostering professionalism, creativity, and customer service excellence Diplomatic skills to collaborate with clients and customers from around the world What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
