Operations Manager to lead a multi-faceted café for one of our top
clients in Foster City. In this role, you’ll oversee daily food
service operations, supervise both management and frontline staff,
and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll
also support our vibrant coffee bar, bringing creativity and
consistency to every cup. We’re passionate about fresh, imaginative

Strong hospitality background with financial acumen and a deep
understanding of farm-to-table dining Excellent multi-tasking
skills to manage diverse responsibilities Experience with signage
and presentation to elevate the guest experience Ability to mentor
and inspire a team , fostering professionalism, creativity, and
customer service excellence Diplomatic skills to collaborate with

. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement -
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management
Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work
experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast
food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food
courts, etc.
