Job Description:

Locums Neuropsychiatry in Sacramento, California - No Call, Outpatient Only

This outpatient memory care role focuses on cognitive and dementia evaluations and treatment within a multidisciplinary clinic.

Highlights:

• No call, nights, or weekends
• Outpatient-only memory care focus
• Multidisciplinary team support

Practice & Cases:

• Must have extensive, hands-on experience prescribing and managing anti-amyloid therapies (e.g., Leqembi/Lecanemab).
• Evaluation and management of dementia and cognitive disorders
• Adult patient population
• Collaboration with neurology, neuropsychology, and social work teams

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• Approximately 36 clinical hours per week
• Consistent outpatient clinic schedule
• Ongoing assignment with continuity

Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology or Psychiatry
• An active California license is required
• Experience in memory care or cognitive disorders required
