Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Mid Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Acute Care License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, CCM or ACM preferred Must-Have: - Acute Care experience required - Previous Charge Experience - Specific Charting Experience (Epic preferred) Description: A Case Manager is required to be cross-trained on all units to work as needed. The role requires a valid RN license and current BLS certification. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in Acute Care settings. The position involves variable start times between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, with shifts included on weekends. Floating to various units may be necessary based on needs. Candidates must be prepared for a thorough work history verification covering the past seven years. All certifications must be AHA and in hand at the time of submission. Candidates should be aware that any background issues must be disclosed prior to submission. The ability to attend lab work within 3-5 days of signing is required.
