Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and assist clients during transit - Support drivers with safe loading and unloading of passengers - Properly use safety restraints, wheelchair securements, and seat belts - Demonstrate empathy and understanding for individuals with disabilities - Maintain professional and respectful interactions with clients, coworkers, and community members - Follow all health and safety policies and procedures - Communicate client concerns to drivers and management Requirements: Requirements: - Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service - Genuine desire to help others and support individuals with disabilities - Valid California Driver’s License or California ID Card - Must be 21 years of age or older - Ability to attend an 8 day paid training in San Rafael, CA (commute stipend provided) - Provide two professional references - Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and comply with random testing per federal regulations - Ability to pass a background check (Safety Sensitive position) Vivalon is an equal opportunity employer.
