Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/07/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 4x10hrs - Hours: 40 hrs/wk - Start Date: Apr 7, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position in California requiring a valid CA RN license and a minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab or IR experience. Details - Position is based in a hospital Cath Lab unit - Performs both diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and EP procedures - Day shift schedule working 4x10-hour shifts with variable start times - Core shift hours are 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Requirements - Active California RN license required - Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required - Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required - Minimum 3–5 years of combined experience in PACU, ICU, CCU, and/or Cath Lab required - Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience required - Demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and EP procedures, including equipment, accessories, surgical procedures, and sterile technique Additional Information - Responsibilities include performing and assisting with both diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) procedures - Role requires proficiency with Cath Lab equipment, accessories, and sterile technique American Traveler Job ID P-675741.
