Its CARFaccredited Center for Rehabilitation Medicine provides specialized inpatient care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple trauma, amputations, and other complex conditions. The current PM&R team includes two attending physiatrists, and the role involves no outpatient clinic duties, allowing for a focused inpatient practice. About the Facility Location Roscoe was a small town in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, California, that existed from roughly 1896 to 1948 before officially changing its name to Sun Valley. Established as a Southern Pacific railroad stop, it was a quiet, largely agricultural community that served as a major stop along Route 99. About the Clinician's Workday The locum will provide comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients with neurologic, orthopedic, and complex medical conditions.
