to the Director Commercial Development, the Strategic Pricing Lead
serves as the primary pricing expert supporting the sales
organization. This role is responsible for managing responses to
Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and addressing all pricing-related
inquiries. Additionally, the position ensures the integrity of
study margins by collaborating with global teams to analyze market
dynamics and assess the strategic and competitive landscape for new
opportunities. People Responsibility: No Duties and
Responsibilities: Oversee the pricing strategies of studies and
RFPs utilizing a proprietary pricing model as well as data driven
decision support tools and analytic techniques. Analyze internal
and external data to drive new business creation while also
managing to margin targets. Conduct quality reviews of budgetary
outputs and associated documents Empower sales functions through
effectively communicating details of pricing and ensuring needs of
clients are met in the pricing process. Manage the interplay
between various internal functions to drive expeditious and
high-quality pricing output that requires input from a variety of
internal functions. Participate in external client discussions
related to pricing. Evaluate relevant programs and benchmarks and
recommend potential structures for pricing and programs while
ensuring the team is fully aware and adhering to all processes put
in place Actively participate in the setting, review, and revision
of optimal pricing guidelines, parameters, and best practices
Analyze, along with Senior Management, all pricing activities
including discounts, allowances, programs, and contract prices as
well as develop recommendations to improve profitability and mix.
Manage against metric-based indicators to ensure the group is
driving profitable business growth. Minimum Education and
Experience Required: BS degree in Finance, business, science or
related field (or equivalent work experience) 7 years of relevant
experience in healthcare / pharma / CRO industry including
progressive increase in responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Commercial aspects of CRO business. Skills and
Competencies: Proven experience to think strategically and execute
Strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals Excellent
written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Ability to come to
agreement through discussion and compromise and effect change where
persuasion is required Excellent customer service skills, attention
to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
Comfortable with a fast-paced and agile working environment.
Ability to interact with employees with a variety of sociocultural
backgrounds Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving
skills Demonstrated high degree of self-starting initiative and
ability to work collaboratively Working Conditions: Remote based
employee willing to accommodate different time zones, when
necessary, in support of the global organization Occasionally
working extended hours to adhere to client deliverable timelines
Ability to travel domestically and globally up to 10% of the time

$108,000.00 a year Schedule/Shift: 8am-5pm ET All job offers will
be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience,
applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and
market data. Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or
more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits

Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement
and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees
regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to
participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly
scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all
