collaborative environment among staff. *Responsibilities* - Oversee
the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance
with healthcare regulations and standards. - Manage nursing staff
schedules and shifts to maintain adequate coverage and quality
care. - Conduct regular reviews of patient documentation to ensure
