nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in
San Francisco, California. Job Description & Requirements -

Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:
8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n Registered
Nurse - PACU /n/n Job Details: /n • Monday through Friday schedule
with no weekends or call requirements /n• Shift start times vary
with earliest start at 6:00 AM and latest end time at 7:30 PM /n•
Float between pre-op and PACU with primary focus on PACU
responsibilities /n• Maintain 2:1 patient ratio during day shifts
/n• Daily census of 30-40 patients /n• Care for patients of all age
groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
/n• Required certifications: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS /n•
Ambulatory/outpatient experience highly preferred /n• Minimum 1
year of specialty experience required /n• Travel experience
required /n• 7-year work history verification required /n• Provide
pre-operative and post-operative care for various surgical
specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, ENT, neuro, urology,
and general surgery procedures /n• Skills include pain management,
procedural sedation monitoring, IV management, medication
administration, and discharge instructions /n• Work with
interdisciplinary team including physical therapy and
interpretation services /n/n Facility: /n This ambulatory surgery
center operates as a modern outpatient surgical facility with two
floors of operation. The facility features multiple operating rooms
and recovery bays designed to handle a variety of surgical
specialties. The center focuses on providing high-quality
outpatient surgical services with comprehensive pre-operative and
post-operative care, supporting diverse surgical procedures from
orthopedic and neurological to ENT and general surgery cases. /n/n
