clinicians and humans. About the Role We are seeking a Pediatric
Occupational Therapist to join our early intervention team,
providing home-based care to infants from birth to three. This is
an hourly, highly flexible position, with the option to build to a
full-time caseload. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy
services to infants and toddlers from birth to three, aligned with
IFSP goals Address fine motor development, sensory processing,
self-regulation, play skills, and early adaptive skills as
appropriate Use play-based, routine-based, and family-centered
intervention approaches Coach parents and caregivers to embed
developmental and regulation strategies into everyday routines
Monitor progress through observation, caregiver input, and required
documentation Collaborate with service coordinators and
interdisciplinary team members including OT, PT, and IDS
Participate in IFSP meetings, progress reporting, and transition
planning as needed Qualifications Master’s degree in Occupational
Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure as an
Occupational Therapist Experience working with infants, toddlers,
and families in early intervention or pediatric settings preferred
Knowledge of early childhood development and the IFSP process
Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and
interdisciplinary teams Ability to work independently while
functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with
healthcare privacy regulations and ethical standards Valid driver’s
