clinicians and humans. About the Role We are seeking a Pediatric
Speech Therapist to join our early intervention team, providing
home-based care to infants from birth to three. This is an hourly,
highly flexible position, with the option to build to a full-time
caseload. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy
services to infants and toddlers from birth to three, aligned with
IFSP goals Address communication, language, speech sound
development, feeding, and early social communication as appropriate
Use play-based, routine-based, and family-centered intervention
approaches Coach parents and caregivers to embed communication
strategies into everyday routines Monitor progress through
observation, caregiver input, and required documentation
Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team
members including OT, PT, and IDS Participate in IFSP meetings,
progress reporting, and transition planning as needed
Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an
accredited program Current state licensure as a Speech-Language
Pathologist Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
in early intervention or pediatric settings preferred Knowledge of
early childhood development and the IFSP process Strong
communication and collaboration skills with families and
interdisciplinary teams Ability to work independently while
functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with
healthcare privacy regulations and ethical standards Valid driver’s
