Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Walnut Creek, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,933 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Walnut Creek, California, 94597! ER RN MUST have STRONG ER experience, MUST have ER travel experience • SHIFT: 12 hours rotating 1p-1a/3p-3a/5p-5a/7p-7a WILL WORK EACH and EVERY ONE of the shifts listed) REQUIRED: CA lic BLS and ACLS (AHA only), PALS (AHA only) or ENPC, NIHSS, 2 yrs of recent ER exp, superior references, travel exp is required, EPIC exp is required! STRONGLY preferred CEN, TNCC, 3-5 yrs of exp, some Trauma experience and Pediatrics experience NOTES to help find the right professional this ED ave daily census is 190-200 patients, discharged patient turnover is VERY fast, can hold inpatient admissions at times, travelers do triage ambulance patients at the bedside • Nurses need to be able to critically think and manage a fast paced environment • The patient demographic / population is generally well educated and are well informed, (patients are vocal about sub standard care) patient experience and nursing excellence is a a MAJOR focus • EPIC experience is REQUIRED - work history MUST state where they have used EPIC 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Change environments regularly to prevent burnout, maintaining enthusiasm and passion for your nursing career.
