practice in a high acuity ICU, caring for a variety of complex
cardiac and neuro patients. People First in San Jose Regional
Medical Center San Jose is a Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke
Center with thrombectomy capabilities, and STEMI receiving center.
Our campus was renovated in 2015 and offers a comprehensive array
of inpatient and outpatient services, including excellent
neurosciences and neuro-interventional radiology programs and
world-class trauma, stroke, and cardiac services High acuity,
24-bed, mixed ICU with a variety of complex pathologies (all ICU
patients except trauma) We see bread and butter med/surg ICU
patients as well as cardiovascular and neurosurgery. 2 Intensivists
7ap-7p & 1 Intensivist 7p-7a EMR: EPIC Our ICU Medical Director is
also Chief of the Medical Staff Qualifications: Board-certified or
board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO). A commitment to
excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving
abilities essential for the ICU setting. Active California medical
license Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling: Block
schedule with 10-night shifts per month Key Responsibilities: This
is an ideal environment for someone wanting to care for the full
spectrum of critically ill patients. Excellent communication
(written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Living
