Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is
Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. The Clinical Dietitian
is responsible for the nutrition care management of inpatients:
nutrition risk screening, assessment, nutrition support, care plan
implementation, monitoring. Other duties may include inpatient and
outpatient education, multi-disciplinary committee/team
participation, quality improvement activities, collaboration with
medical staff, mentoring of dietetic interns, and community
education. Minimal direct supervision required. Providence

National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic
Registration Preferred Qualification: 2 years of Acute care

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
