Description Dietitian at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for the nutrition care management of inpatients: nutrition risk screening, assessment, nutrition support, care plan implementation, monitoring. Other duties may include inpatient and outpatient education, multi-disciplinary committee/team participation, quality improvement activities, collaboration with medical staff, mentoring of dietetic interns, and community education. Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration Preferred Qualification: 2 years of Acute care experience with proficiency in nutrition support.
