Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Burlingame, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,000 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position The NICU RN provides specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting families during hospitalization. They collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, developmentally appropriate care. Requirements Requirements: Active RN license (state-specific as required) Minimum 1–2 years of recent NICU experience BLS and NRP certifications required (PALS preferred) Strong skills in neonatal assessment, ventilator support, and IV therapy Proficiency with NICU equipment and EMR documentation systems Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
