TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in San Francisco, California, 94114! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2
years in PACU/ICU License: CA RN Licensure Certifications: BLS,
ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience required -
Patient ratio experience of 2 Description: The PACU RN is
responsible for preparing patients for surgery. This includes
patient assessment, IV insertion, foley insertion, glucose checks,
and blood draws. The RN will execute physician orders as needed.
Post-surgery, the nurse will discharge patients to the unit or
their homes. Responsibilities include recovering patients in both
the PACU and the ACU. The RN must be skilled in various procedures
and medication management. Responsibilities entail monitoring and
supporting patients through their recovery process. The successful
candidate will work variable shifts from Monday to Friday. No
