Rehabilitation Program (Confidential Search) Los Gatos, CA |
Full-Time | $110K–$145K DOE | Outpatient Rehab | Monday–Friday,
8am-5pm with remote possibility on Fridays. MatchBukh Talent
Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a
respected and fast-growing specialty medical group. We are seeking
a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a mission-driven
interdisciplinary team providing outpatient care for adults
recovering from brain injuries. This is an excellent opportunity
for a collaborative clinician who is passionate about helping
patients regain cognitive-linguistic function and communication
skills while working alongside a diverse team of healthcare
professionals. Key Responsibilities Include: Conduct assessments
and diagnose cognitive-linguistic disorders in adults with acquired
brain injuries. Deliver both 1:1 and group therapy sessions
tailored to patient needs. Collaborate closely with physicians,
psychologists, physical therapists, and other professionals in a
multidisciplinary setting. Monitor and document patient progress,
treatment outcomes, and reporting for worker’s compensation cases.
Contribute to case reviews, treatment planning, and holistic
patient care. Qualifications: ? Master’s Degree in Speech-Language
Pathology from an accredited program ? Valid, unrestricted
California SLP License (CFY candidates considered) ? Experience
working with patients recovering from neurological injuries
preferred ? MoCA certification a plus ? Bilingual in Spanish
strongly preferred ? Strong clinical, organizational, and
communication skills Compensation & Benefits: $110,000 – $145,000
