Our mission is to eliminate health inequities in Black and marginalized communities through education, advocacy, and holistic health services. We provide a range of services including health education, movement classes, health screenings, mental health support, and transitional housing for people living with HIV/AIDS. We strive to deliver these services in a culturally affirming environment. Role Description This is a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The therapist will provide relationship counseling, family therapy, and mental health support. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining client records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role also involves supporting clients with trauma resiliency as well as participating in mental health circles and case management services. Qualifications Proficiency in Relationship Counseling, Counseling, and Family Therapy Strong skills in Mental Health and Psychology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in client interactions Experience working with diverse and marginalized populations is a plus Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active LMFT license in California
