Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years Pediatric Operating Room experience License: Current RN license Certifications: AHA BLS & PALS Must-Have: MUST HAVE Pediatric OR experience of at least 2 years MUST HAVE experience scrubbing and circulating ophthalmology cases Description: This position requires a full-time Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Operating Room. The schedule is 3 days per week during the day, working 12-hour shifts. Candidates must possess a current RN license along with AHA BLS & PALS certifications. Experience specifically in the Pediatric Operating Room is essential, with a minimum requirement of 2 years. Candidates should have scrubbing and circulating experience in ophthalmology cases. Previous travel assignments are required. Preferred qualifications include CNOR certification and experience in general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and neurosurgery. Proficiency in laparoscopic surgery and scrubbing procedures is also a plus. The selected candidate must be willing and able to float to other facilities as needed. Completion of modules and other training is required during the assignment.
