Job Description:
Hope Services seeks a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our
team in the Bay Area, committed to enhancing the lives of people
with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on supporting
and managing our diverse programs ranging from job training to
therapy services. The ideal candidate will possess the unique blend
of compassion, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to
meet the needs of our clients and facilitate the smooth operation
of our services. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of
programs for clients with developmental disabilities. Work closely
with management to implement program services and activities.
Monitor program budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Participate in the recruitment and training of program staff and
volunteers. Assist in the development and evaluation of program
policies and protocols. Ensure compliance with local, state, and
federal regulations. Communicate with stakeholders, including
families and community organizations, to ensure aligned program
objectives. Prepare reports on program progress and challenges for
agency leadership. Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite and program management software Knowledge of
budgeting and resource allocation Understanding of the regulatory
landscape in the nonprofit sector Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is preferred. First Aid and
CPR certifications are desirable.
